Rev. Darrell R. Jones, D.Min. serves as President of the Stanley M. Herzog Charitable Foundation. He served as Senior Pastor at Grace Evangelical Church in St. Joseph, Missouri from 1997 thru 2020. Prior to that He began serving Grace Evangelical as Youth Pastor and Worship Pastor from 1986 to 1997.

He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph in 1988. He received a Master of Divinity degree in 1991, and Doctor of Ministry degree in 2011, both degrees from Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.

While in pastoral ministry Darrell served as an Associate Trainer with John Maxwell’s Equip ministries where he made 6 trips to Yerevan, Armenia and trained over 100 church leaders in Biblical Servant Leadership. He has led mission trips in over 16 different countries; led 8 different trips to Israel and Jordan; And orchestrated and led over 300 couples in multiple marriage retreats both domestically and internationally.

Darrell is an old Eagle Scout who never lost a love for the outdoors. He still enjoys hiking, kayaking, and camping. Darrell has floated all 277 miles of the Colorado River thru the Grand Canyon, and has backpacked segments of the Pacific Crest Trail, Appalachian Trail, and the Ozark Trail. He and his wife Tammie have hiked more than 150 miles thru several National Parks. Darrell and Tammie have three adult daughters, three sons in law, and 8 grandchildren.
