As the Ministry Partnerships Liaison at Pui Tak Christian School, I find great delight in sharing our work with joyful, justice-minded folks aligned with our passion to reach under-resourced families in the heart of Chicago. We believe in community transformation through accessible, quality Christian education that goes beyond strong academics to nurture the whole child and build character.

I'm privileged to connect with new partners in our mission and to deepen relationships with existing ones. I'm interested in opportunities to work together in creative, out-of-the-box ways!

I feel connected to the mission of PTCS because I share a similar immigrant background with many of the families at our school. Their struggles were my family's own struggles. I wonder how different my life would be had I met Jesus sooner through a school like PTCS, where teachers and staff truly see each child, where a student's spiritual development is prioritized (and academics somehow always follow suit), and where my family would have learned from the example of the staff follower's of Christ. Would our burdens have felt lighter?

Other interests I have:
Sustainable and just community development, any types of ministries of peace and/or presence, racial reconciliation, adequate teacher training, noodles from any culture, walks in the woods, plants, ceramics, art, interiors and design.
